What is iframe offer?

There is a client ask me for iframe offer without explanation.. I am newbie here and i would be very appreciate if someone can help me figure it out. Thanks so much.

Iframes are just the join form of the offer they want.

People will use them so they can design their own landing page rather than what the advertiser has already provided.
