What does 'No incent and co-registration traffic' mean on an offer?

I'm on ClickDealer looking at offers, and some of them are saying "No incent and co-registration traffic"

Can someone explain what this means?

Incentive traffic is offering something (a gift or bribe) in return for some CPA participation.

So does that mean I'm not allowed to direct the user to an email opt-in form before I send them to the offer?

Not sure, ask them specifically for THEIR definition ... Generally, no as it is a common practice ...
