• Pops is (or at least should be) obvious

what is the difference between pop up nad pop under traffic?

Popup window appears in front of the current window, the user is interrupted and is made to see the ad. On the other hand, pop under is under/behind the current window, most users will only notice the ad when they close their current window.

CoReg

CoReg is short for Co-Registration and you'll not find a good explanation anywhere because Co-Reg is not possible in your general CPA offers. Co-Reg basically means making the user register while he/she is registering for something else, by adding a checkbox (or without). In case you don't understand this definition, you don't have to be bothered about it anyway because there's no possible way you can send conversions using Co-Reg method.
