We’ve experienced nonpayment (over $3,000 for more than two months) and unjustified account blocking by Keen (Ingenio), despite fulfilling campaign terms and providing all required documentation. Communication stalled, and no questions were raised regarding the submitted materials — even after multiple follow-ups.
This case, supported by documentation, is currently under investigation by the Impact platform.
