Voluum Domain Name Timing?

Hi Guys -

Im following a guide posted her on setting up Voluum. I've just changed the cname to ad "track" in front of the domain but it seems its not verifying, does it take a few hours or more or less instant to update?

There was a TTL time when you set the new CNAME parameter.
It's usually 30 minutes up to 6 hours. +
So yeah, wait a few minutes and check again

But did you have another subdomain before changing it to "track"?
Is this domain new and totally unused?

make sure you cname to a subdomain

cant cname root

tracking.com = wont work
ads.tracking.com = work
