I believe the tax is the least of our worries with this. Who can levy taxes? Only a Government. International Government that is not elected? This scares me, and should scare you too. These are not our elected officials. ( a few, but not many) This gives control of the Internet to an international or World Government.

I can't see the US or Canada going along with this, frankly. The west is annoyed enough with European antics playing havoc with world markets.
