Traffic sources and keywords for building a list

I would like to ask you what are the best traffic sources that should I use (ex: Bing, Buzzcity, Adwords, etc.) for marketing affiliate products by sending traffic to a squeeze page and what keywords should I use - do they have to be buyer keywords or anything related with small bid? This applies to list buliding.

Well, first of all let's try and see which kind of product do you have and what type of ads are you looking for?

Cause bing/Adwords and buzzcity are totally different and what works on one doesn't work necessarily for the others. In fact, you can't choose adwords on buzzcity.

What are you trying to promote?

Hi,
I'm talking about in general like business, investing, make money online, weight loss, fitness, etc.
I've tried with buzzcity with mobile marketing targeting promotion of a squeeze page but the cost per subsriber was very high.
