Looking For TikTok agency ad accounts

Hello ,

Can anyone reccommend an agency for tiktok ads in the loan niche. Having trouble finding agencies willing to provide accounts as loans are seen as grey hat.

As you have discovered, grey hat is being phased out as an acceptable area for many companies. In an age of regulation, advertisers getting burned by black hat, and new regulatory statutes being enacted, The majority of us have moved into the white hat segments.

As well, agencies and agency accounts are becoming highly scrutinized now for violating social platforms, et al. This has been moving this direction for many years now. Most of us started restructuring our businesses for white hat the past many years because we wanted to get ahead of the struggles like you are experiencing now.

It wasn't a popular position to take years ago, I was getting loads of criticisms for getting ahead of it back then. I still do. The other side of the coin is a well established solely white hat business these days are prized and is very sellable unlike any black hat or grey hat businesses. I'll be retiring in a few years and won't have any issues selling mine.

There are a few agencies in our resources and they may have some grey hat opportunities for you.

Hi Evan, loans definitely fall under a stricter category for ad approvals, especially on TikTok. While many agencies avoid it due to compliance risks, there are ways to run such campaigns with the right account setup, proper content strategy, and compliance-focused creatives.
