Tick Me Off! $16 Million Lawsuit against small CafePress affiliates and marketers

Piss me off! Thanks to Buckworks over at AffiliateBoards for alerting me... There is a 16 MILLION lawsuit targeting 52 small, home-based CafePress Affiliates and Marketers because they know they can't afford to fight back. Many of the people sued have never even made a dime selling these "Sweet Pea" products.

Sounds to me like a common endearment for a baby. So long as designs aren't imitated or copied I'd think they should be all right.
