Thoughts on Articlemarketer.com?

I got Articlemarketer.com recommended and signed up yesterday. So far it has been nothing but headaches. Articles are getting lost, account information is lost, lots of down time due to site maintenance, the site loads super slow etc.

Has anyone has used them before? I am hoping this experience is only a one time thing and things will get better.

Looking forward to what you guys think, have heard and/or have experienced.

They are the highest volume submission service on the web by far, so updating is sometimes a few days in lenght, but you will be happy with their results if you stick with them. I believe they are the best by far.

Rob_Tid gave you great advice on them.

It is not a bad article submitter after all. I am using the free version of it.
I used it because it can helped me submit articles to quite a number of article directories. It helped me to save time and effort.
