The right affiliate marketing network for me (low quantity but high quality traffic)

I get I.T. professionals to one of my websites. There is technical information for them. Commission Junction seems to require a high amount of traffic. What is the minimum amount of monthly traffic that they require?

What affiliate network would be the best for me? I get a low volume of traffic. But the visitors tend to be I.T. professionals (with higher than average income).
