I would like to target the gamers market for my arcade site at Online Games

Any ideas of the best areas/websites I should be visiting?

Umm if you want to target gamers I can give you some interesting informations ( on pm or on IM ). As about the forums, I havent really been spending too much time on games forums so I cant really give you too many info on this matter.

the best thing for the gamers market is to get your links on games sites, i assuming you mean the flash/java games for adsense ? for that type of site there is no need to create links for improved serps (although it will help in the long run) but you need to get good links on games site for traffic also banners work well, there is often alot of people advertising link exchanges for games sites on DP.

The best bet for you to promote this king of site is social bookmarking and networking. I was working with one guy who had a gaming site and he got most of his traffic from StumbleUpon/digg and MySpase/Facebook That's where kids are hanging out...

If you are targeting kids/teens - accounts on MySpase/Facebook is a "must have"...
