Targeting only Wifi and only 3G traffic in PopAds

I new in AM. I have few question about mobile traffic source in PopAds

1. How I target only Wifi traffic in PopAds ? and also
2. How I target only 3G traffic in PopAds ?

Go to the campaign you want to taget either 3G or WIFI with, then go down to "Connection Targeting"

When you're at "Connection Targetin" you'll see these boxes. 3G = Cellular/Carrier, for wifi, use all the others but not "Cellular/Carrier".

Down a box you can see the ISP (Internet Service Providers) listed, if you're offer only supports one or a few specific carriers, then select those.
