Amazon, my niece is basically woman fashion, am I doing my marketing wrong perhaps, I'm selling on Pinterest, Instagram and creating blog posts that I post on Medium

Thank you for describing your situation better.
If your content revolves around the Amazon product that you're trying to market, you won't get many sales.
Why?
I think, because what you are posting there looks like a billboard ad, and people just ignore it, simple as that.
An idea, a desire, or a goal, sells something, not that thing itself, in creative marketing.
Of course, this is somewhat assumptive in not knowing exactly what you are doing.
Well, that isn't selling, that's an attempt at marketing. You need to learn the difference. The conversion page is where selling is done. You need a landing page to pre-sell the product(s). You need ads and posted links with an angle, a hook, and a trigger to get folks to click through to your landing page(s).
