Stopping fraudulent PPC clicks

A few of our affiliates are using ClickCease to stop fraudulent/bogus clicks from Google Ads.

The feedback on how good this is has been mixed, with some saying that Google refund fraudulent clicks anyway so does it actually save you any money?

Does anyone have any experience of this software, and has it worked for you?

I wonder how many IPs the PPC vendors block by default?
My more secure domains block maybe over 1 Million datacenter ips + all the tor exit nodes <<< updated every 30 min

$50/mo is not much but you need to give then access to your AdWords and Bing Ads Account login credentials. Do you trust them with your data? Do they bond their employees? Do they employ outside contractors and are they bonded? What assurances do you have of your data's security.

This is the problem I have with exposing MY data to these cloud services -- I have yet to see that they have any bonding at all. If an insurer will be willing to issue a enterprise performance bond or even an employee bond -- the insurer will ensure itself that they are issuing a bond that is an *acceptable risk*.
