How often do you think the Admin should be online at his/her forum? How about the staff?

That's a good way to state it. I do have to agree, since admins are the "engine" of the forum, they should be on the most. Staff...eh they should be on a lot too, but not as much

Yeah you need at least 1 staff member on at all times in case something happens.

Admin 8 hours a day
staff 5-6 hours a day.
I suggest it personally don't get it as a professionally...

Admins every day. Staff should be here every day, but as the years have passed, many mods are not doing that.
