I think it has a low CTR on it but a good CR rate. You can try to animate the Call to action button and maybe free some more space .. It`s all tight together. You can also put a JS witch will look like it`s loading how many online members you have in their area. "Online members in Bucharest: (GIF LOAD)" then after 5 sec put a random number and make a function in JS witch will change that number every 2-3 seconds so it looks like it`s live.
You can also show them a nice modal after they stay on page for at least 25-30 seconds where you put something like :
