My main question is how do I recruit for affiliates and are all the affiliates on here vetted by you? If not do you have a places for blacklisted affiliates?

You will receive vendor guidelines and policies upon approval of your application that tell you how you can promote/recruit.

No, we don't vet affiliates, the vendors need to do that when a member (or anyone) signs up on their site.
