you explained good, but i will like to add a bit more,,, that we should not go only with the main and high competative keywords, we shold use long tails,a and also keyword variations,, because they do great,, they help to boost up your other keywords..

according to me we should not only focus the main keywords, we should also use variation, and other long tails keywords,, go with checking ouir keywords on spyfu,, and if there any new keyword, we should pic that ..

Yeah i completely agree with you that finding proper keyword is the first and main work for success of any website.With the help of any keyword tracking tool one should find out proper keyword after checking keyword density.
