Recent change to Google Chrome?

Recently Chrome made a change where it requires sites to use HTTPS or it will display a warning to the visitor.

When I visit my site in Chrome and click the "i" that is on the left side of the address bar, it says 'Your connection to this site is not secure'. Also, I don't see any 'https://' in the URL of my site in the address bar.

Do I need to do something to upgrade my site to HTTPS so it doesn't show this message in Chrome?
