Question About Clickdealer...Help Please

Hello Everyone
so i've been testing few offers with clickdealer affiliate network and my affiliate manger sent me a picture ( Date Was 1/5/2018) (Can't add link for screenshot)
she says i got 6 Conversions this day

however
my dashboard says that i got 0 conversion (date 1/5/2018)

after i've sent her the second screenshot she then said (i've checked again and it u got 0 conversion that day)

so what is the problem here?

also another weird thing happened :
until now i've tested 3 voucher offers (win iphone/win samsung)
i've spent 120$ and i was getting 1 conversion per day from only 1 offer
so 1 offer out of 3 was getting me 1 conversion per day and the rest no
so i turned off the other 2 campaign to try to optimize that offer still was getting ONLY 1 conversion per day which is kinda weird

so please can you help me with that?

We can't guess what happens, but ClickDealer is a top network, so you can trust them and your AM.

i've tested few offers till now (Mostly Win iphone Offers) using Social Traffic
all i was getting is only 1 conversion daily from each offer which was very very weird to me that's why i was asking
