Smart link isn't differ from other offers so much.
They cover certain GEOs too and accept certain traffic. In some cases they are even easier to work with then offers do because you have profit anyway (if your traffic has a good quality).
For example, AdsBridge smartlinks Diet & Weight Loss accepts all traffic types and covers all GEOs. If I'm not mistaken, an eCPM is up to $150 or so.
Dating has up to $200 eCPM and accepts all traffic types too.
You just need to choose good traffic source and buy qualitative traffic, that is appropriate to the vertical or ask your manager. AdsBridge managers are quite friendly.
