<p>Nampora, a boutique technology and marketing consulting firm in Bethesda, MD seeks to hire a sales and marketing superstar in the role of Product Marketing Manager. </p>

<p>As a start-up company, Nampora's sales and marketing efforts are currently handled by the company's Principals / founders. In order maintain the company's tremendous growth since inception, Nampora's Principals would like to hand over the day to day marketing responsibilities to an energetic, motivated Product Marketing Manager. </p>

<p>The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for all of the core sales and marketing activities in support of each of Nampora's numerous marketing-and-technology-related services. This newly-created position will offer the right candidate the opportunity to shape the marketing strategy for an up-and-coming company and work with a very wide range of high-profile clients. </p>

<p><b>SKILLS</b></p>

<p>As part of a small company offering a wide-variety of services to a diverse group of industries, the Product Marketing Manager must learn quickly and easily adapt to the ever changing needs of the business. The ideal candidate will also share the firm's passion for working with and describing information technology systems and concepts, such as:
<ul><li>Database driven web applications</li>

<li>Search engine marketing / optimization</li>
<li>Internet display and PPC advertising</li>
<li>Email list management</li>
<li>Customer Relationship Management</li></ul></p>

<p> Nampora expects that on a typical day, the Product Marketing Manager will be engaged in the following activities:
<ul><li>Calling prospective clients to generate new sales</li>
<li>Analyzing existing marketing / advertising efforts to identify potential improvements</li>
<li>Designing campaigns for marketing current and future products</li>

<li>Writing marketing-oriented copy for use online, in print and in marketing emails</li></ul></p>

<p> The ideal candidate for the Product Marketing Manager position will have demonstrable experience employing the following skills in a professional capacity:
<ul><li>Sales – Candidates should have experience selling technology services to other businesses; the ability to work with qualified leads and close sales (especially over the phone) is the single most important part of this position</li>
<li>Marketing – Candidates must be able to turn website visitors into customers and develop effective marketing campaigns with positive returns.</li>
<li>Communication – Professionalism is paramount; proper diction, grammar and tone are essential when dealing directly with clients.</li>
<li>Ideal candidates will also have experience with:<ul>

<p><b>COMPENSATION</b></p>

<p>The Product Marketing Manager will receive a salary that is both competitive and commensurate with experience. In addition, the Product Marketing Manager may be eligible to receive commissions and performance-based bonuses. Nampora also offers employer-paid health insurance, flexible hours and occasional telecommuting. </p>
