PR Update going on?

Two memebers of this forums have reported their site gaining or losing PR, is a PR update going on? I though we only have and update a week or so ago?

i noticed the update last week. not the newer one. perhaps exporting the pr to the toolbar???

actully I just noticed 2 of my newer sites just got a pr rating. they didn't get anythign last week. maybe th eupdate is still on going????
