Quite a number of link sellers are not keep about selling new links on their sites, they are waiting for the big update when presumably they are expecting a rise in PR so that they can hike up their prices.
I've been finding that a lot of people are basing their perceived link value on PR predictions. I don't ever trust a prediction tool that much. I agree that people place to much weight(and price) on their PR values.
That is exactly my experience as well jump. Thankfully some are sensible, my money goes to the sensible one, I am sure the silly one will come back after the PR update disappointed their PR did not go up as predicted or it did, either way I have spend the budget I had when I contacted them.
