PPV Normal Campaign Vs RON Campaign

Can anyone help me with these PPV campaign types please?
I am using MediaTraffic and I get these two options.
1. Start New Campaign
2. RON Campaign

Can anyone help me with this please, which one to select for Email submit offers and what are the differences?

RON campaign
Run Of Network Campaign. Campaign in which your ads will be displayed on all of the advertising network’s sites.

RON campaigns can take a while to become profitable.

Its better to keep your campaigns to the targeted than going for the RON. Although it is quite tempting to go for RON as it is very cheap but the traffic is very general and therefore you will not get any conversions. It can be used when you are highly experienced and have optimized your landing page to such an extent that any untargeted traffic can be converted and made profitable. So, until then I would suggest you to stick with the normal one.

How many time it can take?

Could take a day, a week etc or it could never become profitable. Totally depends on how you gather your data and how you optimize accordingly.
