Market Samurai for keyword research Andy.

MS has a free and paid version. If you download the free trial version the keyword research module remains fully functional even after the free trial is over. BTW, many in the IM community feel that certain modules of MS are irrelevant because much of the data is sourced from Bing and not Google. Having said that, MS still uses Google for the keyword research module.

Demon tracking vs prosper 202

Which is easier to use in your opinion?

I've tried demon tracking and had to change my landing page to .php to track it.

I just couldn't figure it out and their videos tutorials didn't help either. I see the potential in demon tracking. Could anyone give a legit tutorial?

Pretty much the same thing except you have to pay for demon!

Yep as K mentioned above, go for 202 if you're unsure! Free and does everything needed.
