Pop dating traffic question

I am looking at an offer from Peerfly. It is a dating offer. An adult sexy meeting type offer.

Just in case anyone needs to know precisely.

All I know how to do is PPC for alcohol abuse and that is no longer permitted to me. Lead generation in this niche is dead.

So I thought I would try this. Here is my thinking

1st
I won't probably try dating because it is pretty competitive and I am a newbie.
2nd
I picked an English speaking USA offer because I don't know any other languages or Geos so I thought my first time out ought to be in my native tongue
3rd
I want to use Pop traffic because most of that comes from torrent/adult tube sites (so maybe the visitor is already wanting a date or they are a little marginal and more willing to do some more illicit type stuff)
4th
I should use mobile pop because nobody searches torrent and porn sites from work and married guys won't do it from home (maybe) but mobile searches are much more confidential. (or maybe I could do some day parting and only run ads at night or something)
5th
Would I want to just use the Peerfly provided landing pages.
(Do I need to host the landing page? Or do they host them or what?)
6th
If I can use their landing pages maybe I will try a dating offer, that seems like it is just a numbers game - find the right people at the right time
7th
GeoIP would help with this wouldn't it. "Find chicks in Portland OR" would probably produce better results than something generic.
(with GeoIP I would need my own lander though, correct)

Anyway, am I applying the right logic. Would something like this work.

One thing you should know is that promoting dating offers through pops generally doesn't work out well in the long term. You'll probably be able to make it profitable however you will most likely be kicked off the offers due to low quality leads (ie. tiny percentage of leads upgrading to paid membership) and it not being profitable for the advertiser. You'd be better off promoting dating through display ads for higher quality. If you want to do pops then stick with offers like sweepstakes, CPI, mobile content, etc.

Also 9 times out of 10 a landing page converts much better than direct-linking to the offer so keep that in mind. You're right about using GEO variables to get a higher CTR and CR. Also try tokens like {device}, {brand}, {IP}, etc. to make the copy feel more unique to your audience.

Oh, I had not thought about being kicked out because the free guys didn't upgrade. That is good to know.
