Layout of the forums is not my cup of tea. The megamenu thing gets in the way, and navigation is less than obvious.

So may areas asking for the user's attention. Maybe consider what action you want the user to take, and focus attention on that?

Your forum looks great. My only one suggestion is that you should recruit more people who have specialized in each section so that they can help new members with knowledge.
