It's up to you building your site.
Nobody would do that for ya, at least not for free

I don't get it? That is a mobile traffic source. Buying traffic.
Why was the traffic no good --because you didn't convert any of the traffic you bought?
Why was the traffic bad? (Other than you lost money on it).

i think that's normal.
if you want good quality leads, you have to buy visitors and optimize .
i don't know how these guys get you the leads, and how they do it !.
and i don't understand them.
