Can you please tell me what is the most popular debit/credit card in Vietnam and India? Is it PayPal, Paysera, Wise, WebMoney....

Actually, PayPal is not available in India for personal use .. some Indians use it, but, still it's not very common..
On the other hand, TransferWise is kinda famous.. I have a lot of friends and coworkers who use it.

Wise is frequently used by expats to wire money from abroad into Vietnam. I haven't seen locals use it between themselves; they're better served by standard bank transfers (which are instant, 24/7/365 in Vietnam) and ZaloPay and its spinoffs (GrabPay/ViettelPay/etc.)
