Payment method on Pinterest

Hi, I'm having trouble entering a payment method on Pinterest: every time I enter a payment method and a billing address and I click on +++ Save +++, these are not saved.
And once I entered the overview of my ads, it appears to me: You're almost there! Add billing information to launch ads.
I've tried various credit cards (NOT prepaid cards) but none seem to work.
Do you know how I can solve it?

Use another browser
Stop using a VPN (if you are)
Use a browser private (incognito) window the submit error may be cached.
Your IP may be banned for reason of too many failures

Usually when I get a submit error -- with no failure reason stated;
I have dragged and dropped the data or improperly pasted.
Some forms have click events try clicking your mouse in the form field after you paste the data?
