PartnerCentric's 2010 Affiliate Survey now underway

PartnerCentric is now conducting its annual affiliate survey to determine the preferences and practices of the affiliates who promote the affiliate programs managed by the outsourced affiliate program management company.

The 30-question survey seeks to gain insights into how affiliates select the programs they promote, what tools they use to do so, what marketing methods they employ and how they prefer to receive communications from program managers.

"We find this survey invaluable in managing the relationships between our affiliates and the merchants whose affiliate programs we manage," said Stephanie Lewis, Director of Client Services at PartnerCentric. "Our affiliates' preferences and needs change over time, and this survey enables us to monitor those changes over time and respond to them with pro-active program management. We want our affiliates to have everything they need to be successful."

The survey will conclude April 1, 2010, and the results will then be used to ensure that PartnerCentric's team of affiliate program managers and directors are providing affiliates with the tools and technologies to increase the effectiveness of their work on behalf of PartnerCentric clients.

PartnerCentric client sees 115% revenue growth year over year

In a year when the average percentage of growth for e-tailers was in the range of 1% and -1%, a new client under PartnerCentric management experienced considerably stronger results.

“We knew from the start that Flirt! had all of the makings of a great affiliate program, and the results have been extraordinary,” said PartnerCentric Director of Client Services Stephanie Lewis. “Flirt! saw its revenue more than double – 115% – year over year by the end of 2009. By any measure that is phenomenal growth.”

Flirt! hired PartnerCentric to manage its affiliate program in Sept. 2009, giving the team one month to prepare for Flirt’s biggest time of year – Halloween and the costume shopping season.
