Parking your traffic?

Do you park your traffic [send to your landing page, say, to collect the leads] before sending them to CPA offer?

I don't, but it's not a bad idea as a means to build a long-term asset. Of course, it could mean that your conversion rate on the offer will drop if you are trying to collect information from the user as well.
