We are an industry leading Internet marketing company, developing monetization solutions for Websites, Blogs, Social Network Applications and Download Sites.

Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced sales manager to own responsibility for developing and maintaining sales department for online advertising partnerships. This role requires a solid understanding of the online advertising industry and a proven sales ability.

This position is responsible for finding new advertisers, accelerating the growth of the existing advertisers, and finding the best solutions to capitalize on their results.

Candidate should have at least two years experience as a sales manager for an online affiliate or advertising company, with a strong rolodex of contacts, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate is a confident, gregarious and intelligent person. Expected to be adept at prospecting, negotiating, communicating, and managing accounts in a high-paced but fun environment.


Sales manager will be responsible for:
  • Growing the sales team .
  • Identifying and prospecting online advertising opportunities, through cold calling and/or drawing upon existing industry contacts.
  • Expanding relationships by reviewing account activity and identifying opportunities for online ad partners to improve their ROI.
  • Managing all communications and negotiations.
  • Assuring proper delivery, implementation and optimization of online campaigns.
  • Thinking ?outside the box? to bring in new and compelling business opportunities.
  • Consistently meet and exceed revenue goals.
  • Communicate effectively with publisher managers and thusly your advertisers in order to pro-actively service their needs

Requirements:
  • 2 years of online ad sales experience.
  • Ideal candidates will have online ad sales, agency, and/or business development experience.
  • Solid understanding of online advertising and marketing, including pricing structures (CPM, CPC, CPA, etc).
  • Experience in identifying and closing new online advertising opportunities.
  • Passion for negotiating deals, driving revenue, and running marketing programs.
  • Impeccable business judgment and ability to communicate with legal and technical teams.
  • Proven success in developing long-term strategic relationships.
  • Superior phone skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to work independently or cross functionally to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel, and Word. BS/BA degree required.
