Some networks can resell offer and payment in such networks would be significantly lower than in those who work directly. It is useful to keep track of what position have network in redirect chain. Most spy tools have such functional.

I have found out 1 network that redirects to offer that is not in his arsenal.
So this is confirmed shaving. And that is well know CPAGRIP.
Cpagrip is selling clicks to offers that are not in their network. Users dont get a dime for that clicks.

Unfortunately, this method doesn't work for a lot of offers. These days a lot of offers are geo/carrier/ISP cloaked, so you need to be able to check the offer redirections from the right ISP/geo.

Affilitest works quite well, but limited to 1 free test a day for their 3G testing.

great tip, but i use a spytool for this since a while, and also to find good traffic sources for cpa offers, but this will be very useful!!
