Offer By Country Question

So I signed up for AdCombo network since it was mentioned in one of the "start here" threads. Looking at the Offers page, one of the columns is country. I don't understand the relevance of country to the offer. Is this just a language barrier issue in terms of an affiliate in the US?

It's not language barrier. It's a product or service only working in the named country, or you get paid for conversions only made from that country.

To be more specific, the advertiser has only approved advertising in the specific countries listed. Each advertiser has their own requirements and limitations, that's why each offer has the approved countries listed, along with other details such as the traffic sources the advertiser will accept, etc.

It can be quite useful. The CrakRevenue smartlink has worked wonders for me. It shows offers CPA/PPL offers tailored to the visitors country, language, and device.
