No Follow related query

I have less experience about nofollow tag. friends can you suggest me that if I am using nofollow tag on any link then google will count this link as a back link of site or not.

It will count, and it will even possibly be "followed" as in being followed for spidering purposes - but it will not pass pagerank.

That is the one distinction of nofollow (where Google is concerned) - no PR is passed to the page being linked to.
