The Newbie411 guide has this piece of advice:
I also advice installing these few essential Wordpress SEO plugins,
Yoast SEO | All in One SEO | Google XML Sitemaps | YARPP | GAFW

Do I have to install all including the 2 SEO - Yoast SEO | All in One SEO |

No, not all of them. Instal Yoast rather than SEO Ultimate for example. People think that more SEO plugins will bring better ranks in Google- which isn't true at all. Google doesn't love when it is all automated. So use less SEO plugins. Only those that are necessary but doing great work (like Yoast)

    Hope I helped.

Yes to Yoast, I've found that really helpful (and easy, thank goodness). I thought that I was more SEO'd than I actually was, so it's been instrumental in helping me fix some of my posts.

I use Yoast myself but they all do pretty much the same thing and you only need to have one installed.

Keep in mind however that SEO plugins aren't really 'all in one solutions' and they wont do all the work for you. You still need to learn about the basics of keyword research, on-site SEO, link building etc. These plugins just make doing your your on-site SEO easier by allowing you to customize the titles, descriptions etc of every page of your site so that they include all of your keywords in them.
