Back in August Google Checkout announced an incentive referral program that was only open to e-commerce providers. Yesterday Gavin Chan, Product Marketing Manager for Google Checkout announced they have opened up the program to allow others with online merchant ties to join the referral (affiliate) program, which pays an ongoing percentage of merchant sales for the 1st year of service.
