We will contact you either by Skype, AIM, email for a quick chat, but thats about it

we normally require some sort of contact to approve, but like many networks out there they do go based on if they are referred, gut feeling. Networks do need to be careful about who allow on their networks since there are many unscrupulous pulishers out there IMO.
