We need your a complete review and feedback regarding our new design of my company site. Hope all of you will give your remarks without any hesitation.

1. took me forever to realise the content loaded in the left - tiny much?
2. on the individual pages the text lower down on the gradient is hard to read.
3. more images on the individual pages - you don't even have a logo on there.

I don't think it's the best color combination...

I agree with Skinner about the colors. There is not enough contrast between the
foreground and background colors.

Also, (techie bit), you are not using a DOCTYPE Declaration.
