I'm looking for network to buy graphic banners (800*480, 728*90 and 300*250) to promote our own product (Windows optimization tool with antivirus function). Could you advice me networks with quality traffic, please? CPI would be more interesting.

i think search traffic will be good for you .

pop traffic but with pop traffic you will have to go way aggressive .
i don't think banners will work for this kind of offers .

Yeah I agree with tyoussef, You must consider Google Adwords, since it can significantly help with your interest.
Any other source, in my opinion, might compel you to spend more than you would like.

To be honest, I didn't see our competitors in adwords. But they listed in different affiliate netwoks like clickdealer and maxbounty and in offer info they write that best promotion types are display, native and ppv.
