Looking For Need a rockstar ios/android developer

Hi, I'm new to this forum and loving it so far. In saying that I want to apologise in advance if this isn't the right place to post this but I have a client that is looking for a rockstar ios/android developer for an app they have mocked up. I'm trying a few different sources (linkedin, upwork) and I thought I'd try here too. Hoping to either get a recommendation, or perhaps a good source of even white label or private label reseller type service (developer team) not product (app creator). Anything help is DEEPLY appreciated. Happy to give more information upon request.
