Depends on what you mean by adult.
Some networks will allow Erectile Dysfunction (ED), breast enhancing creams etc. No mainstream native network will allow penis growth pills for example.
However, some adult ad networks such as trafficstars, exoclick etc. have their own native ad units which work pretty well too. On these networks you can pretty much advertise any kind of adult products with no restrictions on the type of images, landing page etc.

Trafficstars and Exoclick are too great adult native traffic sources. Mainstream native traffic sources will allow adult products such as ED, breast enhancing you just can't use any explicit imagery on your landing page or ads which does give you a disadvantage. I would head straight for the adult only networks.
