Without knowing what kind of offers you are running it's hard to suggest the right traffic source. Please consult with your AM. They are very friendly.

Firstly, I recommend you to check your targeting details - what audience you chose. I have sent you some useful information via skype which will help you with it, so please, check it. Also, I recommend you to choose another lp - have sent it via skype also. And I recommend you concentrate your attention on desktop traffic here - I see that have better results, than others. And 1 thing also - check your keywords, i think it's really important moment, maybe you have added there something superfluous.
