I've been searching for you but can't find one. If you do a Google site search for affiliate a ton of press releases come up talking about their affiliate networks and there are mentions of an affiliate program in some PR. But all I can find is the PR mentions no landing page or sign up that I can find.
This is one of the paragraphs I keep finding:
"Visitors to Citysearch online destinations nationwide can search for movie showtimes and buy movie tickets via links to co-branded MovieTickets.com pages. MovieTickets.com?s prominent affiliate program includes some of the most highly trafficked sites on the Web, and covers a significant percentage of the Internet population. MovieTickets.com is also a preferred provider for many of the nation?s largest phone and mobile carriers."
So maybe it's more of a private program only for big companies like theaters?
I did a little research on it and it appears to be an exclusive program for very large companies and websites, if you are important enough they will contact you, not the other way around.
