The actual terms are fairly typical of a low budget trade agreement shoot. In hard economic times, providing images to non-experienced models who value the images can be a good way to save money if you don't need professional models. What is unusual is for a large, established company to resort to a trade for images shoot instead of just hiring talent. It also grabs me as a bit controlling of contact information for a legitimate shoot.
