Mobile Apps should go on Desktop or Mobile Ads?

Hi everyone, I am interested in mobile apps (CPI) adventures of offers, but I do wonder advertising them via Desktop or Mobile ads would be much better in this case?

Secondly, if it was mobile ads, it will be good to go banners? (Which size) or pop under/up?

Any comment will be much appreciated.

If you want to promote mobile apps then obviously you should go with mobile advertisement. Why on the earth you would advertise that to desktop users?

Banners and pop under both can do well. All you have to do it run, test and optimize.
