From my own experience Decisive, Zeropark, Airpush and buzzcity (ain't tested MX traffic on there myself). Mobile traffic in MX can be a bit pricey sometimes because of all those one click subscription offers

Yeah. Tons of competition.
However, ZP and Decisive have almost no Voluum for our biggest carrier (Telcel), so make sure you test iusa/Movistar offers if you decide to go with those traffic sources
